Cable Hook by Trionic Industries. There is a horizontal mount and vertical mount variations. Both offer an indexing hook every 90 Degrees to keep hook in place. Simply lift the hook up along the shaft, rotate 90 degrees, and drop the hook down into the indexing slots.
